IMDRF Membership Application Form - Regional Harmonization Initiative

Overview

Please use this digital form to submit your application to join the IMDRF as a Regional Harmonization Initiative (RHI).

Applications must be submitted at least two months before an IMDRF Management Committee face-to-face Closed Session, which are usually held two times each year, generally in March and September.

The application for RHI membership must be submitted by the Chair of the RHI. Any questions should be directed to the Chair of the IMDRF Committee. Contact details for the current IMDRF Chair and Secretariat are available here on the IMDRF Website.
